Return Policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online (return a quality item) within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason. The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract if the goods were made according to the consumer’s specific instructions or are clearly customized for the consumer’s personal needs; if the goods have a short shelf life; if the packaged goods have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; or in other cases provided for in Article 6.228(10) paragraph 2 of the Civil Code.

To return item(s), the Buyer must clearly inform the Seller using the contact details provided in the contact section, specifying the name of the item being returned and the order number.
When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

• The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
• The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
• The item must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not removed, etc.);
• The returned item must include the same components as when received by the Buyer;
• Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the item.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the established return procedure. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the money paid for the goods will be refunded within 14 days from the date the Buyer notifies the Seller of the withdrawal, but the Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is received. The Buyer shall cover the cost of returning the goods.
