Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. Mini Pasaulis UAB (hereinafter – the "Company") respects the privacy of all its service purchasers, potential clients (who have tried the services but did not become clients), and all visitors of the verskis.lt website (hereinafter – the "Site") (hereinafter – the "Clients") and is committed to ensuring the protection of the personal data provided and collected. The Company also ensures the rights of Clients as data subjects.
1.2. This Privacy Policy governs the main principles and procedures of collecting, processing, and storing Clients’ personal data by the Company.
1.3. By using the Site or ordering or otherwise using the Company’s services and providing your personal data to the Company, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Clients are considered informed of the Privacy Policy when they check the box indicating agreement during Site registration. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time by clicking the corresponding link on the Site.
1.4. When processing Client personal data, we comply with all relevant laws, including EU law, ADTAI, Lithuanian laws, and other applicable regulations on personal data protection. The Company is registered with Personal Data Protection under registration code P7737, registration date 22.05.2017.
2. Definitions
2.1. Personal data – any information relating to a natural person whose identity is established or can be established (the data subject); a natural person whose identity can be determined is someone identifiable directly or indirectly, primarily by identifiers such as name and surname, personal identification number, location data, and internet identifiers, or by one or more physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity traits.
2.2. Data subject – a natural person who is a Client of the Company (including Site visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
2.3. Data subject consent – any freely given, specific, and unambiguous expression of the data subject’s will by statement or clear affirmative action, agreeing to the processing of personal data relating to them.
2.4. Data processing – any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether automated or not, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, combination with other data, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
2.5. Data processor – a natural or legal person, authority, agency, or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
2.6. Data controller – UAB "Mini Pasaulis," a company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, code 124995690, registered at Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, whose data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities.
2.7. Direct marketing – activities aimed at contacting a Client by mail, phone, or other direct means to offer goods or services and/or solicit their opinions on offered goods or services, including automated means.
3. Cookies and How We Use Them
3.1. What is a cookie – small files sent to the user’s web browser and placed on their computer or other devices when visiting the website for the first time. Cookies are later used to ensure the best possible user experience, identify the user’s device, and facilitate access to the site and information, tailoring the content conveniently for the user.
3.2. These cookies are used on the Site and related Company systems to properly and efficiently serve the Client.
3.3. To make browsing more convenient and effective and provide useful offers, the Site uses the following cookies: PHPSESSID (session information), "CookieInfoScript" (cookie consent), _gat, _ga, _git, __utma, __utmb, __utmc, __utmt, __utmz (Google Analytics cookies), datr, Fr, sb, locale, reg_ext_ref, reg_fb_gate, reg_fb_ref (Facebook Pixel cookies), and "GPS," "PREF," "VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE," "YSC" (YouTube video streaming information).
3.4. Client right to refuse cookies – the Client can delete or block some or all cookies on their computers or devices by changing browser settings. More information on deleting or blocking cookies is available on the browser manufacturer’s website. Please note that doing so may partially or fully disable some website functions. Third-party plugins (partners, statistics, communication systems, etc.) may also use cookies, which the Site administrator does not control and is not responsible for. Users are advised to review third-party privacy practices individually.
4. What Personal Data We Collect
4.1. The Company collects and processes personal data provided by the Client when using and ordering services on the Site or by other means: name, surname, personal identification number (optional), address, email, phone number, and other data related to the order. You provide this data voluntarily during registration and ordering services.
4.2. Client personal data is stored by the Company during the cooperation period (service provision) and for 10 years after its end. Data may be stored for a shorter period if there is no legal basis to retain it.
5. Purpose and Processing of Personal Data
5.1. Client data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently (principle of legality, fairness, and transparency).
5.2. The Company processes Client data for service purchase/order processing and administration, related accounting documentation, communication regarding contractual obligations, and direct marketing (with prior consent).
5.3. We ensure Client personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, collected for specified and lawful purposes, not further processed incompatibly, adequate, relevant, limited to what is necessary, accurate, kept up-to-date, and secured with appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).
6. Data Subject Rights
6.1. Clients can withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Data subjects are informed before giving consent. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.
6.2. Clients can exercise their rights by sending a request to Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius, and verifying their identity. Clients can access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request completion of incomplete personal data.
6.3. Clients may request deletion of personal data if no longer needed, withdraw consent, or other legal grounds under the Regulation; request restriction of processing; obtain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; request transfer to another controller; and object to processing (e.g., direct marketing).
7. Direct Marketing
7.1. The Company will contact the Client only with prior consent and in accordance with ERĮ, ADTAĮ, and the Regulation. Newsletters may be sent by email or phone, and service quality feedback may be requested.
7.2. For direct marketing, the Company processes: name, email, and phone number.
7.3. Data for direct marketing is stored until the Client withdraws consent, with an unsubscribe link provided in each message.
8. Data Sharing
8.1. Employee access to Client data is granted only as necessary to perform their duties and under confidentiality obligations.
8.2. The Company may share Client data with processors providing services on behalf of the Company, law enforcement (where legally required), or third parties with Client consent. Processors can act only under the Company’s instructions.
8.3. Client data may also be provided in response to official state or court requests, ensuring legality of the requests.
